The goal of the catering team at USC Upstate is to use our expertise in creating engaging events to exceed the expectations of everyone we serve. From morning breakfasts to working lunches to casual fare, our catering guides are filled with fresh, flavorful, contemporary menus. Our commitment to USC Upstate is to provide first-class cuisine and service for any size occasion. We offer fresh ingredients, creative preparations, elegant presentation, and thoughtful service. Room Reservations
Please review the Office of Special Events website to reserve a room.
*A reservation from the Office of Special Events is required for all food service orders, including pick-up or drop-off orders.
Menu Planning
Once you have made your reservation, please view out menu, and place your order online through our website: CaterTrax. Flavours is our traditional catering menu and Square Tomato is our student focused, budget friendly catering menu. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss a custom menu option.
Food Service Waiver Requests
Sodexo Dining Services is the contracted provider for all food and beverages on the USC Upstate campus. We have the first right of refusal for providing food service for events booked on campus. If you would like to request a waiver of this policy for your special event, please fill out the form linked below, and a member of our team will review your request.
